Q: Are my items in stock?
Items in stock will be shipped immediately. Back ordered items will be shown in the order confirmation mail.
Q: What about backorders?
There is no additional cost to ship backorders. There is only one shipping & handling charge per order and it is charged when your first shipment is sent. Backordered items are shipped as they become available via United Parcel Service or United States Postal Service (USPS).
Q: What are my payment options?
We accept only Visa, MasterCard and Discover online.
Q: Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes, shopping at IAS is safe. All transactions are processed through Authorize.net.
Q: Is gift wrapping available?
We take great pride in our packaging; however, gift wrapping is not available at this time.
Q: Are gift certificates available?
Gift certificates are not available at this time.
Q: Where can I enter a coupon or promotional code?
Coupon and Promotional codes are entered while ordering. Coupon and Promotional codes are available throughout the year and can be seen on IAS emailers.
Q: How do I order by Mail or Fax?
You can place an order on line or you may place your order by contacting sales@intimateapparelsolutions.com
Q: Can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation. If you’ve shipped via UPS, your email will contain a tracking number you may use to track your order. You can then track your order from UPS Internet tracking site.
Q: When will my order be shipped?
IAS usually ships in stock items in one to two business days, excluding holidays. It is important to remember these dates and times are in effect for in stock items only.
Q: Does IAS accept international orders?
We only ship to the United States.
Q: What is IAS return policy?
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for a full refund or exchange. Unused or defective merchandise must be returned within 14 business days after purchase for an exchange or full refund. We will refund shipping charges if an incorrect or a defective item was sent.
All returned merchandise must be in the condition it was received in with all the appropriate tags attached and in the original packaging.
Q: How do I return something?
Exchanges/Refunds will be subject to our inspection and approval. Exchanges and returns will only be accepted by completing the Return Form at the bottom of the page. Please click on the link to complete this form and submit it with your returned merchandise. Items must be returned in the original packaging. Please ship with a carrier that will provide a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get misdirected. Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD.
We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this website. If you have purchased an item from an authorized retailer and you wish to return/exchange/refund your bag, you must bring it back to the reseller from whom the merchandise was purchased.
Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. See Terms and Conditions for Downloadable Form.
